In my years of teambuilding, I have encountered a number of people who are skeptical about whether an afternoon on a climbing tower can really improve the teamwork and potential of their group.  How could something like a scavenger hunt or a canoe trip promote better communication and cooperation in a group of individuals?  More importantly, how important is teambuilding to my team?

Our Staff

Rabbit Hat Productions Facilitators are dedicated to making your event a successful one. Our staff are carefully selected for their ability to relate to specific groups and many have extensive experience working with a specific type of group. For example, many of our Facilitators who work with children are certified teachers, while many of our Corporate Teambuilding Staff have backgrounds in business. All of our staff undergo training and re-certification on an annual basis, with frequent in-services to cover special programs and populations.
